Submitting a support ticket is the act of privately issuing a question, complaint, service or report to the ReverieRO game masters. It is highly preferred over contacting a team member through means such as Discord, because your inquiry will end up in a shared queue that all of the staff members have access to. By doing so you request for assistance will not be dependent of the availability of one team member, unlike Discord!

Support Ticket Rules

  • Before you submit a ticket, please search the Forums and the Wiki to see if you can find a solution to your question/problem first.
  • Submit a separate ticket for each different problem but do not create multiple tickets for a single issue.
  • Kindly do not submit suggestions through our support ticket system, implore the suggestion submission form on the forums for that.
  • If you filed a ticket but then resolved the problem yourself, please close the ticket. If no player replies are provided in over a week, the staff will close it for you.
  • Please do not 'bump' your ticket, as it will send it to the bottom of the queue. We sort our tickets by those who have been waiting the longest, not by those which had activity recently.
  • Do not disrespect the GMs. We are merely volunteers spending our free time trying to help you.

Category Information

Exploit & Abuse Reports

Did you stumble upon a bug that results into an unintended gain of zeny/items? Or perhaps have you caught someone else violating one of the systems that ReverieRO offers? Or have you discovered a player botting, perhaps? Then this is the correct department to assign your ticket to. The rule of thumb here is: Anything that should not be publicly revealed, is to be reported discreetly through this category. The ReverieRO team encourages players that do their best to keep the server safe, fun and fair for everyone so - depending on the severity of the matter reported - you may even receive a token of thanks from the staff!

Donation/Vote Support

Did your vote points or donation credits not make it through? Before anything else, please wait 5 minutes first and then try re-logging again. While donations and vote points are normally processed right away, there are a select few times were there is some delay. Have you not received your points/credits even after those five minutes? Kindly submit a ticket under this department. We'll get to the bottom of this!

Technical Inquiries

Have you followed all the steps in the Download / Installation article but you still can't get ReverieRO to run? Please submit a ticket under this category. All we ask is that you provide us with as much information as possible.

Contributor Application

Would you like to help contribute to the server, without being a full Game Master? Then file in a support ticket under the 'Contributor Application' category and sell yourself. Show us content such as your Twitch page, YouTube channel or previous Wiki projects you've been part of (if applicable). Come with good arguments why we should select you to become a ReverieRO representative. For more information regarding contributors, please refer to this page.

Credit Requests

There are some services that are not possible to automate (and therefore not available in the Special Services NPC). For a small fee, the GMs are willing to grant this service for you. Please scroll to the section below to see what they are.

Character Transfer

Info: Move a character either to another slot in your account, or to different account completely.

Cost: 30 Donation Credits

Requirements:

  • The following information must be provided in the ticket: The name of the account(s), the name of the character to move and the slot number to move the character to.
  • The selected slot (on the specified account) must be free.
  • The character subject of transfer may not be in a guild.
  • The character subject of transfer may not be in a party.
  • The character subject of transfer must have 30 Donation Credits in their inventory, for the GM to take.

Item Deletion

Info: Deleting an unwanted item from your character's inventory.

Cost: 10 Donation Credits (per item)

Requirements:

  • The following information must be provided in the ticket: The name of the character with the item, the name of the item, the character that holds the credits.
  • The character specified must have 10 Donation Credits in their inventory, for the GM to take.

Caution : The GMs offer this services, but they will not take responsibility if your request results into the interference of a quest progress. Tread carefully!

Item Recovery

Info: Recovering an item that has accidentally been sold to an NPC, dropped, vanished in a mail, or lost otherwise. Accidental refines/upgrades are excluded from this list.

Cost: 30 Donation Credits (per item)

Requirements:

  • The following information must be provided in the ticket: The name of the character(s) that lost the item, the name of the item, how the item got lost (trade/mail/drop/etc), the refine rates and cards compounded on the item (if applicable), the character that holds the credits.
  • The character specified must have 30 Donation Credits in their inventory, for the GM to take.

Caution : Be aware that if you submit a recovery request in the event you have lost your item due to loaning it to another player or sharing your account credentials, the other player will be permanently banned. Kindly try to get in touch with the other player first before employing the GM's assistance. Once a case has been initiated, it can no longer be halted unless you close the ticket before we got to look into it!

User ID Change

Info: Changing your login user ID into another one.

Cost: 30 Donation Credits

Requirements:

  • The following information must be provided in the ticket: The current name of the account, the preferred new name of the account, the character on the account that holds the credits.
  • The character specified must have 10 Donation Credits in their inventory, for the GM to take.

Attention : The fees stated apply per singular services, and ticket requests must at all times be created with (one of) the account(s) requiring the service.
